Talk about exceptional customer service!! My first experience was via phone when I called to ask [many] questions about Invisalign and pricing. Sherrie was SO kind, answered all my questions, and I set up an apt for the following week. I was given a tour of the office by the front office team and then Sherrie greeted me and we got started. Another wonderful lady named Sherry did the scan and X-rays. Dr. Shullman reviewed the scans, discussed what needed to be done and Sherrie & Sherry got me all set up! I can’t emphasize enough the friendly faces, their attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Above and beyond! It is SO rare to find a place like this these days. My daughter Layla got braces a few weeks ago at Dr. Shullmans office. Melissa was AMAZING. So sweet, professional and gave my daughter breaks as needed and explained everything that was happening along the way. The office is beautiful but the staff is the icing on the cake!
