Nope. They put a crown on the wrong tooth and had no solution to correct it when I called. Just the run around of “uh, yes you needed two…” blah blah blah. It was 1000% percent clear that my right upper molar was in dire need of a crown. The dentist confirmed this. He either purposely or stupidly put a crown on my bottom right molar. Which could have used a crown, to be fair to them, but it was repeatedly reiterated how much discomfort I was in with my right upper molar. And when the dentist was finishing up he assured me he had “fixed me all up and I was set and ready to go”. So off I go with a very numb mouth and when it subsided I realized he did NOT “fix me all up”. $1k later and I’m still sitting with a hole in my tooth. It seems apparent they “fixed” the bottom tooth knowing I would have to come back asap to repair the actual tooth that was initially to be worked on. Beware, it’s a scam office. There’s no organization, horrible communication and obviously, terrible dentistry. They did ZERO to address my concerns. I’ve filed a complaint with the board of dentistry. Ugh, what a horrible place. Avoid!
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. And I must say the work is shoddy. I’ve had crowns break over and over after a few months, where my previous dentist’s work lasted 5+ years. I recently had another crown break and was told to wait one week until my dentist came back. That’s an unacceptable timeframe especially if a crown should be replaced within a day of breaking. The front desk and the hygienists are very nice. The male dentist is also very nice but the work is shoddy
I have been a patient of this office for a couple of years now, and I can't recommend them enough. A testament to it is how, even after moving 45min away, I am a faithful patient and drive all the way to see them. You can trust them wholeheartedly.
I have attempted to reach out to your office multiple times as per your suggestion with the intention of addressing ways to potentially enhance the service experience. Unfortunately, I have not received a response, which has led me to reconsider our previous interactions. Regrettably, the lack of communication from your end has left me feeling undervalued as a client. As a result, I have made the decision to seek care from another dental practice that can provide the level of attentiveness and professionalism I am seeking. I recently purchased a set of lower retainers from this office for $300 and was initially pleased to receive a total of 4 Invisalign bottom retainers. However, when I later purchased upper retainers for the same price, I was disappointed to find that I only received 1 retainer and not Invisalign as expected. Despite voicing my concerns to the office about the discrepancy for 2 week to no avail. I was informed that the top retainer needed to be stronger due to heavier grinding and was asked for an additional $100 for Invisalign. This inconsistency in the product offering and pricing has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied with the overall customer experience.
