I brought my daughter in for a consultation and was disappointed with the experience. We waited 45 minutes for a consultation that lasted only five minutes. The orthodontist seemed rushed and did not acknowledge the long wait time. If this is reflective of the wait times for regular treatment visits, I don’t see myself returning. The only reason I’m giving three stars instead of one is because the office staff was very friendly and welcoming.
