Amazing service provided by Dr. Nathaniel Gonzalez, Hygenist David, Cristine (front office), and Melody (dental assistant)! They were extremely patient and reassuring. Dr. Gonzalez examined my mouth, listened to my concerns, worked on my tooth, and made sure I felt like I was a priority. Cristine calmly explained all of the financial options with me and helped me decide which option was best for me. David was very patient and gentle while cleaning my mouth. Melody, was also patient and gentle. Andres, dental assistant, did an amazing job as well. His customer service skills were amazing and he was very gentle while working on my teeth. Samantha, in the front office, was very patient with me and answered all of my questions.
Excellent patient care. From the tech to the dentist. Everyone was very professional & very caring. Dr Hernandez was especially caring & Juan the health care coordinator was awesome. They all went above & way beyond to make me feel comfortable & happy. I highly recommend them.
Dr Ajla was amazing. She was gentle yet thorough. She answered all of my questions without making me feel like it was a bother. I hate going to the dentist but she definitely made the experience bearable and actually pleasant. I will definitely come back and will be asking for her for all my future appointments.
My first appointment here was a wonderful experience. Marie who did my x-ray is such a beautiful person, very caring, helpful and even had me laughing at times when I was a little nervous. The dentist that was working on my tooth was awesome. I can't remember her name but, thank you. Everyone was very kind and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to see a dentist.
My dentistry showcases many great features such as, a clean environment, professional and friendly staff, and efficient service. My dental hygienist, Maria, provided great oral care service. Her pleasant and cheerful attitude allowed me to enjoy the experience. She was thorough when examining and cleaning my teeth to ultimately make sure I walked out of the office with a “million dollar smile” and the sparkling feeling to match with it. Maria was super knowledgeable in terms of the effects that foods/drinks, brushing, and grinding have on the teeth. She provided bits and pieces of advice throughout my cleaning with not being overbearing and sprinkled in some casual conversation to fill the awkwardness when someone is playing around inside your mouth. I definitely recommend going to Miami Shores Modern Dentistry for all your dental care needs. Remember, to ask for Maria. She will definitely brighten up your day!😁
