have been a loyal patient of this dental office for over 10 years, but unfortunately, it has completely gone downhill. The staff is constantly changing, and the level of professionalism and organization has disappeared. Appointments are frequently rescheduled at the last minute, wait times are longer than ever, and there seems to be a lack of communication between the front desk and the dental staff. It’s frustrating to see how much this office has declined. The friendly, knowledgeable team I once trusted is no longer there, and the new staff doesn’t seem to have the same level of care or efficiency. I’ve had multiple issues with billing mistakes, forgotten appointments, and even incorrect treatment plans due to poor record-keeping. I used to recommend this office to friends and family, but now, I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending anyone here. It’s disappointing to see such a great practice fall apart due to mismanagement. If things don’t improve soon, I’ll have no choice but to find a new dentist.

It’s disappointing to see such a decline in a place I once trusted. Unless serious improvements are made, I’ll have to start looking for a new dentist. I wouldn’t recommend this office in its current state
Unfortunately, after being a patient for 9 years, since 2016, I have gotten to the point where I have to write a review. Please do yourself a favor and find a different dentist before committing to this place. This practice presents itself nicely, but the staff quite frankly does not care. The doctor does not care. It feels like a corporate office with a revolving door of staff. The front desk person is very condescending. The cash prices are high and any non-insurance work is going to be more than other practices. The quality of cleanings has been inconsistent. That may be due to having a different hygienist many times. And several times,the dentist is too busy or not even in the office to check the hygienist’s work and to touch base with the me the patient. And good luck trying to reach them, the office manager nor the dentist are willing to call back.
Today was my first visit at this practice. The office is beautiful and every person I interacted with from front desk to dentist was pleasant, friendly, and happy. My hygienist Carlos was a pleasure and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. Dr. Urena was very thorough she explained things in detail and Cheryl came in to follow up on the treatment plan once Dr. Urena was finished. Like most people i hate the dentist but this was a wonderful encounter and I am glad I switched!
Very disappointing my wife after waiting a month and a half to have a deep clean They never called saying the doctor wasn’t going to be there. My wife goes on the day of the appointment. They tell her the doctor is not there. Come back in three weeks I mean, No communication. that’s terrible. I would think really hard before I make an appointment with that place
